Mouth ulcers are usually caused by stress or a change in the ph balance in your mouth. Acidic foods can also cause this or an allergic reactions to mouth washes ect..
What you have to do is stay away from these things and give yourself salt and water rinses two times a day until it is gone. Usually it will only last a few days unless it is really large than maybe a week. If it last longer than 2 weeks get it checked by your dentist...to make sure it is nothing more serious.

Assuming this is a standard mouth ulcer, it is called an apthous ulcer. (if it persists you must see your GP in case it is anything more sinister).

These are viral, though we don't know the virus, and recurrent. Each ulcers lasts about 10 days, no matter what.

Currently there is no treatment that cures them, nor shortens their duration.

Cold drinks, ice and ice cream is soothing, teething gels may also help.

There are 2 prescribable preparations, both of which are steroid, and both of which do no more that decrease the discomfort. Corlan Pellets and Adcortyl in orobase paste.

..well, the typical advise is to drink a lot water, don't let yourself in stressful condition..but the truth is there is no solution for ulcer.. even bonjela(u know this medicine right) won't help at all.. u should try other brand of topical antibiotic.. but this is just to ease the pain only.. and last but not least, when u brush your teeth, clean the other parts of your mouth too...

good luck!

You could try rinsing your mouth with salt water. Yes it does taste foul but it will do good for your ulcer. Alternatively go to the chemists and pick up some Bonjella.

have confidence me. i be attentive to what i'm speaking approximately. i think of you likely have a canker sore. this is have been given a white center and it hurts like blazes. this is led to via a plague, and it will get extra useful, yet there is no thank you to speed it. the coolest information is you additionally could make it harm plenty much less. visit any drugstore and ask for gentian violet. you do no longer want a prescription. they in lots of cases shop it in the back of the counter. this is low-fee and just about no one buys the stuff, so why waste shelf area? they have it, yet you're no longer probably to be certain it on show. Gentian violet is like crimson ink. positioned it on the canker and rinse your mouth out with water. this is going to regularly purely shop on with the white center of the sore. you will ought to re-word it after ingesting. It won't make the canker sore go away any faster, even though it will make you experience plenty extra useful. I used to get cankers till i began out taking nutrition C on a daily basis. Now I take 500 mg morning and night. The nutrition C additionally made my athlete's foot go away. it is not all. Now i don't get colds often, and as quickly as I do they are milder. I bear in concepts having colds that made me cough up blood in the undesirable old days. no longer to any extent further.

Oh god, I suffer with them all the time, big ones! so painful and uncomfortable. Usually a sign of being run down or not having a clean mouth! So my quick solution is drink loads of water, get early nights, make sure your mouth is clean all the time, dab with tcp in the evenings, swirl with salt water twice a day. Dont smoke or drink alcohol with it, makes it worse. Failing that, get Chorsodyl mouth wash, thats very good too.

I would have to say Adcortyl In Orabase tastes a bit gritty but it was always what we recommended when I was a dental nurse. If you don't want to splash the cash salt is a great one and try to avoid hot and spicy foods are they can aggravate it.

You can get a mouth wash called Biotene. It is good for things like that. Or you could try the old time remedy like rinsing with salty water.
