my ex and i have been together for aprox 6 months but he kept playing these push and pull games. i know he's crazy about me but is it worth it. i care alot about him and want to be with him, i just dont know what to do. we have a good relationship, we communicate well, we have so much in common, we're on the same level in everything, i dont want to lose him, but what do i do when he turns round and says i need to sort my stuff out and im not ready for a relationship. he gets his guilty times when he knows he's treated me horrible it'll make me angry for a while, but then i just forget about being angry. this is the guy who i love so much and i dont want him to throw a good thing away. so do i let go? or do i wait for him? pinning him to the floor and drilling it out of him wont work, cos it'll push him away, i know him too well...

If you want your relationship with him to work out then you have to respect his wises and give him that time and space. I wouldn’t put my life on hold for him but I’d keep the lines of communication opened with him. Push and pull games within a relationship is never a good thing and only ends up with one or both of you being hurt. Right now he seems like he’s confused about what he wants so you need to back away just a little. So that you’re not crowding him talk to him and see if while he’s trying to sort things out does he want to hear from you. Just explain to him that you really do love him and you want to give him the time and space that he’s requested but you need to know if during this time will the be communication between the two of you. Basically even though it may not get you anywhere you need to pour your heart out to him even if that means it gets stepped on. If you want this man you have to show him and tell him even if you get hurt in the end. At least if things don’t work out you can at least say you tried to work things out. Hope for the best but always be prepared for the worse. I wish you the best with your situation. Keep you chin up.

I understand exactly what you man. This is really tricky. I would maybe try and sit down and talk to him, i understand this would probebly be hard!! To me it sounds like he dosnt no how good hes got it! Make him relise that ur worth it and start playing him at his own games, he'll soon come round to relise how hes made u feel. it mite take a while but if hes as smart as u say he is he should get it eventually.
Good Luck and i wish u all the best x

are you a teen? then 6 months is just about his limit to be with one girl for now..he's seen another. my Q is why on earth do young girls think that a guy is going to be mr man, husband and allthat crap when there are soooo many hotties out ther waiting to be caught and let go and caught and let go ..men are hunters ..they hunt and "kill" hunt and "kill" ...get it? if you want to be serious or in a long term relationship, I'm going to tell you the truth...not for a long time. So have some fun, date many guys, keep your pants on, kiss and hug all you want, but dont give anyone guy your heart or your "P"ower just yet..get it? "P"....you'll know when the right one comes along..trust your instincts, your gut, your intuition...let this one go for now and see what happens when you smile at the next one and the next and the next....it could be an exciting adventure

First of all you need to do ask yourself is he and the thought of going through all this is worth it. I know you will say yes but I mean really ask yourself. If the answer is yes GO FOR IT! You will never know until you try believe me. My situation was the same some and now we are getting married.

like you said, your the only one that knows him so only you can decide what to do,

maybe you could take a step back from him for a little while, and either you will decide your better off without him or he will decide he actually does need you and will sort himself out. whatever happens im a big believer in fate, what will be will be someway or another
good luck x

I would say move on. If he played games he will always play games. I live by the motto he is an ex for a reason.
