I am quite darkish brown, but when I was born I was almostpure whitish colour, can you tell me what to eaten do to Make my skin colour at Least to change back to a punjabi sexy light skinned colour

1)use unboiled milk and apply on your face
2)drink plenty of water
3)use a good sunscreen
4)stay out of sun
5)mix besan+milk+haldi+lemon juice and apply
6)apply papaya
7)honey mixed with mashed banana also do a lot of wonder

What you eat cannot really alter your skin colour. If you want to look lighter, you could apply cucumber juice to your face, leave it on overnight and wash off. Leave the skin on when making cucumber juice. Stay out of the sun.

Well if u had light color when u born then change in ur compplexion at this time is not a big deal. Just try to apply suncreen lotion everyday and don't play with ur skin! I mean don't apply random stuff.

hi
apply curd to clence yr face ie take a cotton & dip it in curd n rub on yr face. leave for 10min.wash it.after tat apply eggwhite mixed with honey for 20 min.this improves yr complexion.
