Put your fingers down your troat, like in medieval times. Don't do it too often, it rots your teeth.

You shouldnt be eating this much, its very unhealthy if you are on a deit or trying to be healthy. Its recommended only to eat until you are satisfied and not a bite more.

I dont know what you can really do to help after you feel bloated, but done eat that much. If you have problems with feeling bloated regularly, check out this site:
