While washing my hair in the shower, I combed through it and a few branches of hair was left on thew comb. Then when I gently passed my hands along my hait, a few beanches were left on my hand. Why is this so? They weren't the usual half piece of broken hair, they were long strands! My hair was also relaxed at the end of this january.I am thinking about alot , so can it be stress? Also, my bf is really annoying me, accusing me of doing false things, ...etc....can this have caused an affect on me?

this happened to me about six months ago I was in the shower washing my hair. Then I felt really faint and naseaous and yes it was because of stress and fatigue. I started going to yoga classes to relax myself and anti stress classes. I also started to eat more healthy and take multivitamins. As far as your boyfriend the same thing happened to me and guess what we separated for a while. I got my life together and he got his as well. He was partly the cause of my stress, as well as being out of work and school at the time. We are back together stress free. So basically what I am telling is that you can't please everyone, but yourself in the end.

I think it really depends on what kind of hair you have. For example ppl with oily skin problems, meaning those that u see with acne all over their face. This is a result of oily skin which ALSO means they have an oily scalp because their skin constantly produces oil and therefore if they dont wash it daily, when they go out the 2nd day they are going to have greecy as fck hair and no one is going to want to be friends with him especially with all that acne as well. Also your hair smells bad from the oil therefore washing your hair daily is good if you have such conditions. And this is a natural condition (having oily skin) and its not some disease so dont worry. I am an example and I have oily skin. My skin constantly produces oil so after i wash my face in the morning and by the time i reach school (20 mins bus) i already have a shiny nose because of the oil and my the end of lunch my face is pretty much red and I look like a pizza (red and oily all over) . And by the time i get home, my head is all itchy because of the oil and its smelly.

it is proven that Stress can make your hair fall out
but you must be way to young to be loosing so much hair so maybe also look at your eating habits cause that has also been proven to make hair alot weaker but i would go with Stress cause its never nice when you spouse is accusing you of Faulse things ... Relax!!!

Stress can make your hair fall off its root, but not break.
