how can i learn my dog not to pee in my bed?

my dog is 1 year old, whenever i get out of home he's jumping on my bed and peeing

Either close your bedroom door or put him in a crate.

If he does this almost every time you leave, and only when you leave, your dog may have separation anxiety. Consult a behaviorist for help with that, as it is a serious issue.

Keep him off your bed for one. Teach him to sit by offering a treat and give him his affection once his is sitting and calm.
