How about some pork gravy, butter and a little water to thin out the gravy? That is what I usually add to my roast pan when I make pork butt in the oven.

Hey just add a can of chicken or beef stock, i perfer chicken and a little rosemary....a couple of hours before your ready to eat add some carrots and potatoes and you are in for a wonderful dinner and a very aromatic kitchen.

add a tiny bit of water to your crockpot before you start cooking, or you could add somthing like a can of mushroom soup.
Any seasoning you might like, for example salt, pepper, paprika, cayanne pepper.

Sliced apples or applesauce, makes crock pot pork absolutely moist and delicious!

about an hour before it is done you could add some fresh veggies and cook till tender.. or when it is done you could drain well and fork pull apart and add bbq sauce. yumm..

I would say to add a couple whole black peppercorns, 3 whole cloves, and salt.

seasoning salt and lemon pepper and to keep it moist, i put in a can of cheddar cheese soup. the cheese, for me, enhances the flavor
