I recently bought a white 70's videosphere JVC Television which is proberbly more than 30 years old.It is made of white plastic but seems to have yellowed with age.Can it be restored to it's former glory?
please help

Some electronic devices (80's Mac computers, for example) are made from a plastic imbued with a flame-retardant that, unfortunately, yellows with prolonged exposure to heat or light. In cases like these, the yellow color is chemically part of the plastic and isn't a stain that can be removed.

I doubt that it can be brought back to white but maybe you could try a Mister clean eraser on it. That works really good on my plastic outside chairs that have yellowed.
