Get a job waitressing that includes dinners
Offer to do a friends washing up for a week if they take you out for a drink

Offer housework favours or dog walking in exchange for things

Look out for papers on the train or free local papers

Go to the library

Go to the supermarkets jsut before they close as they sell of things that have to days date on them and you have a cheap dinner for tonight.

Potatoes are a healthy cheap meal as are beans on toast.

Walk to work or get a lift with a friend who works nearby. Make your lunch at home and take it with you. Buy your clothes and reading books from Charity Shops.

walk a lot and do all those things in your home you've been putting off. Cook all your food from scratch - no ready meals or take aways
