Anyone here been diagnosed with Evans Syndrome, if so what was your treatment?

I have been diagnosed and would like to know the best treatment.

Well, that's a fairly rare one. Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia, with Thrombocytopenia. Affects kids more,
Can be treated with steroids, IV immunoglobins (IVIG) Cyclosporins, Exchange transfusions, Splenectomy and medications, such as Rituxin, Chemotherapy.
You are most likely seeing a good hematologist.
