Packey McFarland "King of the Stockyards" Chicago, Illinois, had 104 fights losing only one. Fought from 1904 to 1918. Lived in Joliet, Illinois. When Packey passed away 3,500 people attended his funeral among the mourners were Babe Ruth.

The nickname came from all of the stockyards in and around Chicago Packey would often spar with the rugged men who worked there.
