Headache In Forehead?
I have a bad headache that came on rather quickly today. It's around my eyes in the center of my forehead. My heart kind of feel like it's racing but my pulls is fine when I take it. I live in Florida and the weather is warm. I am healthy that I know of. Anyone know what kind of headache is in that area of the face? What relieves it? Thank You.

You should go see a doctor. It might have something to do with the sinus.

I have a prob with headaches and I do get this type. Actually there are a few types of headache this could be...it might be a sinus headache, it might be a plain ole headache, or it could be the oncoming of a migraine. My advise is to try some sinus meds first and see it that eases it since this is the most likely cause, if that doesn't work try some advil or excedrin. You can also rub peppermint essential oil on your temples and across the front of your forehead...i recommend dilluting with olive oil first. This will provide immediate relief.

sounds like sinus problem.

Try taking basic Ibuprofen, If you want to pinpoint the sinus issue, then boil a pot of water. Take a towel and put it over your head and stand over the pot so that you are breathing in the steam. Not too close so that you burn yourself. If the headache goes away then it is probably the sinus'.

Also a thing called head on. It is a topical analgesic that you apply directly to the forehead. Supposed to help with headaches. Kinda leaves greasy feeling on the skin though. Kind of a chap stick type substance.

Sounds like a sinus headache. Someone suggested it sounded like a migraine- I disagree. Migraines are typically on one side and include sensitivity to light and other things like that. You may have an early upper respiratory infection or it could be allergy related. Even if you don't have a runny nose your sinuses could be clogged up. I find that taking Sudafed and aspirin gives me relief. If it persists see your doctor. (You can buy Sudafed over the counter but you have to ask your pharmacist directly since they can't stock it on the shelves any more.)

I have been having the same problem latly, except i live in montreal. um i went to my nurse at school, since the waiting list here to see a docotor is 3 months...it could be because of high blood pressure .or. he told me it could be a migraine and to take tylenol ultra, and in the morning i bought this stuff that you roll on your forehead to help with headaches and migraines. you can buy it at places like the body shop, or any where youi can buy natural products! hope this helps.... it helps me! good luck!
