I'm getting married on 23 August next year, planning to go on honeymoon straight after. It's a bit of a funny time to be going, and the seasons will probably be turning - where's going to be nice last week of August / 1st week of September? We quite fancy beaches, sea life, maybe some culture. We live in the UK.

I would suggest somewhere like Kenya, you have the best beaches in the world and the option to do short safaris if that takes your fancy. The weather is great and the migration has started so if you went on safari you would see loads.

The hotels are fantastic and the prices are very reasonable.

You dont need as many jabs as you may think as it all depends on where you want to do a safari if at all.

You can also twin centre Kenya with the Seychelles

If your budget will stretch to a trip to the Maldives i highly recommend it !

I went 2 years ago and it was the best holiday of my life, and if you enjoy sun, swimming, relaxing and peace & Quiet, you can't go wrong.

Theres lots of Islands to choose from, so it all depends what you want, but walking along the beach with the sun setting in the evening will be a perfect memory of your honeymoon !

Get yourselves up to the highland of Scotland, Fort William area is great. I got married there 27th August 2005, and loved it. Or head over to the West coast of Scotland, the beaches there are phenomenal.

Anything in the Caribbean is nice year-round. Try Puerto Rico, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic or the Virgin Islands.

If you can afford and enjoy nature, go to the Islands of Fernando de Noronha, Brazil. They are simply gorgeuous! You can even swin with the dolphins!

Hawaii. Long journey but well worth it. (Also from UK) Same weather all year. Look on Page & Moys web site, they do some good deals there, and you can mix and match holidays. Good luck
