not sure how much fruit you eat but when trying to lose body fat that's not the answer. Sure you want some fruit but it contains a decent amount of sugar carbs which are simple carbs that cause insulin spikes. Insulin spikes trigger fat storage (there's a more complex explanation but I odn't think you really need it lol) Best time to eat fruit is when you wake up and right after working out. Also never eat dried fruit. it's very unsatiating so you're gonna be eating more of it to feel full which translates to a hell of a lot of sugar carbs. Next, change whatever type of exercise you're doing. That's because the more you do a specific type of cardio the more your body adjusts. For example, running 2 miles every other day for a month will have a greater benefit when you first start. By the end of the month tho your body will be so well adapted that it's like you're running around half that. It's basically the law of diminishing return. So you'll want to shock your body by switching it up every so often. I also recomment high intensity interval training. Which is sudden burts or changes in pace. Like say you're going to run 2 miles, but instead of keeping the same pace you sprint for a quater mile, jog a quarter, sprint half(as best you can), jog a half, sprint a quarter, jog a quarter, etc.

I will give you simple and easy way to loose weight, everyday walk about half an hour which shoots up your metabolism and helps you loose weight, eath heatlhy food like fruits and vegetables and lean meats, avoid fatty and junk foods they have lots of calories which makes you fatter, avoid fizzy drinks and high sugary food, drink plenty of water and fresh juice and do light weights exercies which helps you maintain your muscle and at the same time burn fats, this changes may not be that big different but every small changes in long term makes a huge different and always remember loosing weight is a process not event it takes time. Finally always be positive and keep faith in your self then you will see the results.

My physical trainer says sit ups are out now, they're no good for your back. Crunches are great, they show definition withing weeks. Also, lay on your back, put you hands palm down under your butt, then bring your knees to your chest, then straighten your legs out in front of you but with your knees still together. Don't let your heels touch the floor. That really burns and works on the lower abs. If you have a stability ball that is great too. Remember a woman's body is different than a man's, you have extra baggage in the front and harder to tone down, have patience.

Some people -- a small minority -- get a completely flat stomach easily. For the rest of us, the only way is to diet massively, which can be really unhealthy, and exercise much much more.

In her striving for a perfect shape, Jessica Simpson was apparently working out six hours and eating 800 calories per day (don't ask me why I remember this trivial crap fact!)

On women there are two areas that are the last to go: tummy and thighs. They can both come off but it takes time. Don't fall for spot work outs. They don't work. If you have tummy fat that doesn't mean more sit ups! Spend some time doing cardio and if you don't strength train it would be time to start.
