Just because you like meat doesn't mean it is everybody's choice. Looking sick or healthy has to do with each individual human organism, and the way people live, their allergies, preferences and choices. What is good for one individual might be deadly for someone else. A balanced diet is the key to how people look and feel, the way to obtain that is a free choice and a very personal decision.
(Not that you care actually about a serious answer, because all you probably want is to prove what a smart*** you are, right?)

I am not a vegetarian ,

But, to be fair many people are ,
And most vegetarians are perfectly fit !

Meat and dairy products
are the easiest sources to obtain vital protein
(for building and repairing tissues )

There is protein in some vegetable matter, ( beans , nuts , fungus etc)
but this is not so easily digested ,
as as protein in meat

The more extreme Vegan diet
makes it especially hard,
to maintain good standard of fitness

both vegetarians and vegans
are fighting a constant battle ,
with their restricted diet ,
to maintain the large amount
of protein,required for the body,
to function well .

How they manage their diet ,
is a source of amazement to me.
But if they feel happy to do this,
who are we, to condemn

Protein is , essential for good health .

knock yourself out if thats what you need. I am a vegetarian, and I have long, thick, curly red hair, shiny bright eyes, a perfect figure, nice plump breasts, a great butt, and no extra fat. My nails are thick, long and strong, and I often get comments on my complexion, nails, hair, strong white teeth, and nice shape. I am please by the reflection that I see in the mirror. Nope, I don't look sick at all. Oh, by the way, when I DID eat meat, I was crippled, fat, and ill. Enjoy your bloody steaks, chicken, and lamb. What goes around comes around, after all. You ARE what you eat. I don't fancy myself as a dead animal. At a recent high school reunion, I noticed that my meat eating peers were wrinkled, aging, greying, and fat. etc. The four veggies among the crowd looked younger, still retained our natural hair color, and have no wrinkles, and are lean and well shaped. Do the math

Yes, a lot of them do look ill (especially vegans) as they aren't getting enough high quality protein in their diets. They also suffer from lethargy and need more sleep than normal people.

Most vegetarians I've ever known don't eat meat because they somehow think it makes them superior.

I have a friend who switched to all All Raw Food diet about six months ago. He now looks terrible, having lost about 40 pounds - making him way too thin.

Biologically there are nutrients we naturally need in meat they dont get. Medically proven that is, if they have the energy to thumbs down me.

Nature does not take morals into account
