every now and then i will be sneezing so much throught the day, i can blow my nose for like 2 minutes and it wont make a difference
when i do sneeze it irratates my nose and forehead
and i have mild headachs which is rare for me.

Sounds like allergies. You may be in a room or wearing something you're allergic to. Headaches are usually sinus. Try to narrow down what you are near or have in your car or home or work that you could be allergic to. Carpet carries alot of germs and dust, as do pillows and couches. IF it isn't so often, you should be able to pin point what it is.

you probably have allergies or the begining of a cold. usually headaches signal a cold coming or an infection. you could have a sinus infection. If you have tried over the counter meds then see your doctor. I like tylenol sinus for those sinus related headaches.

Sounds like u have a cold.. or a fever coming on .. drink orange juic and water just a lot of fluid... soup and what not.... a hope u feel better

you could be suffering with allergies. It is that time of the year. Maybe you should schedule an appointment with your primary care provider to get that checked out.

u must have allergies, mayb to pollen, dust or food, its givin u headaches now cos your sinus s are blocked, see a dr for help
