number one, if he has a girlfriend...why would you even bother? good thing you are shy in this case. Go look for someone who is single and then try asking again.
would you want someone to try to horn in on your boyfriend if you had one? If not, then don't try to do it to someone else.

Well, I guess your problem is tough. I think you should act normal around him. and when the two of you accidentally meet each other eyes, try to give him a smile. Smile do lots of things. But don't over do it. A quick smile then break the contact, act as if your busy doing something else.
If you really really like him, strart working on how to be friends with him. after that, who knows whats next.

If you can't talk to him now why change the habit of a lifetime? Stay away from boys with girlfriends it only ends in tears and sometimes black eyes. Besides how would you ever trust a man who cheated or left his girlfriend for you? You'ld always wonder about if he was going to do the same to you.

Three important things for you to consider:
1) Forget about this guy. He is taken. Don't even bother!
2)Try to find a good cure for your shyness. Look for books, tapes, or similar resources and begin to work on it till it is all gone and you are quite confident about self;
3) After that, please go out there and look for ONLY.available men (unattached) with same interests as yours. Trust me, you will get connected sonner than you know it.

find someone to talk to that doesn't have a gf first...why would you want to start problems just because you may like someone?...actually if you dont really know them on a deeper level then you dont know if you like them or not, you only like whay you see and cannot and do not have....have some respect for other peoples relationships.
If he sees you smile at him or waving hello at him when he is by himself or even say hi to him when he is by himself and he doesn't come over to say hi or talk ever, he is not interested...save yourself the haeartache and talk to people that are interested in you; good looking or not and you may overcome your shyness....good luck

It's great that he has a girlfriend, bec. it takes the pressure off of both of you. Just be his friend....think about him the same way you do a girlfriend (of course, minus the shopping, the hair-talk, the dishing on guys, etc.)

Leave him alone since you are merely experiencing a desire to meet him but are unable to move toward that objective. Find someone who you can at least introduce yourself to.
