When I was into witchcraft, my mom took careful steps in protecting our home, and all who set foot in it. Let's see:
1. She put Jesus's name in EVERY room, even mine. She just hid it so it took me awhile to find it. When I found it, I threw it away. She then put something else in my room. I didn't find it until I moved out.
2. She placed a cross in every room.
3. She made a religious screen saver for the computer. This may sound stupid, but the reason she did it is because one time while she was on the computer, a bunch of occult related web pages kept popping up, one right after another. Within seconds, she had nearly seventy-five pages open, but she hadn't touched anything having to do with the internet. I was there when it happened; it coincided with an argument we were having about my chosen religion.
4. She went through each and every room, and said in a loud voice, "In the name of Jesus Christ, LEAVE!"
5. She brought in her pastor, and two associates, to pray in each room one time while I was gone.
6. She made sure there were NO satanic or occult books or any other materials anywhere in the house. She told me I was NOT to bring any of that stuff into the house, ever. I did one more time after that, and she somehow knew it as soon as I stepped into the yard. She stopped me at the door.
After that, evil presences were outside. They woke anyone who slept in our house EVERY NIGHT at three o'clock. And they pushed my mom off the stairs, breaking her arm. I was there when it happened, though I didn't really understand it at the time. Now I do. She didn't lose her balance, she literally FLEW off the top of the stairs.
So then she put Christian stuff on the porch, and at the edge of our property.
Best of luck to you. They're not fun to deal with.
Anyone who says they don't exist just hasn't experienced them. They are VERY real.

Friend, if you are a Christian, You should not be afraid of evil spirits, For greater is he that is in you, then he that is in the world. As a Chritian myself, I will never be afraid of moving into a house that someone claims has evil spirits, , The only casting out of satan was when satan was in people. If we think that we have to purify a house, then satan will be waiting for you at the front door when you go outside. The only place that will be purify is the temple Christ will sit in.

You could have your pastor come and pray over your home. As a family always pray together. The only evil spirit is the devil and I don't think he's trying to do things like make a table levitate or anything. Always keep God first in your mind because the mind is a powerful tool.

It most certainly is not against Christian belief. Anytime that my family moves somewhere, we get a group of relatives and friends from church over and pray over the place for God to bless it.
I don't know what type of church you go to and what your clergyman's views are on the subject. There are unfortunately some Christians who believe that there are no evil spirits in our physical world. If your clergyman is against it, try speaking to friends who are strong prayer warriors.
Allowing evil spirits to remain in your house would be against Christian belief.

There are no evil spirits in any home. The evil spirits are only found in human individual's. Each person needs to confess their spiritual bankruptcy to God and ask Him for salvation via Holy Spirit.

Matthew 5:27-28 says "you've heard that it replaced into suggested to those of old 'You shall no longer dedicate adultery'.yet I say to you that whoever seems at a woman to lust for her has already dedicated adultery including her in his heart You do recognize that Jesus suggested that even searching at a women human beings with lust is a sin. for sure its in undemanding words a sin in case you belive in sin which I dont. Speak to your local minister or priest about your situation and getting your house cleansed. This may be better if you feel uncomfortable in regards to your religious beliefs in getting a medium/ psychic to cleanse your house.

You would need a special Pope-approved Exorcist to remove the evil spirits.
However since evil doesn't exist, and nor do ghosts.... its essentially just a formality that you will be paying through the nose for.
I'm not complaining. It is perfectly in line with nature's law for the weak to be preyed upon by the strong.

I don't know, I would guess that removing evil spirits would be okay, but I honestly don't know.
