Basically anywhere where there is an abundance of wind. West Texas has so many wind turbines around Lubbock and west towards Big Bend National Park! Good Luck on your project!

Off Hwy. 58 from Tehachapi thru to Mojave the hill are loaded with wind turbines. In california' kern county, btw.
