I've using the elliptical machine for 3 days now, I've never exercised before in my life so right now I can only go like 5 minutes before getting tired. I slow down like 1 minute and start going again but I find it much easier to do it without having to hold the two sticks on the side that move back and forth. Instead I use the handles in the front. Am I burning less calories this way or something?
