Does anyone know which of these products works the best for whitening teeth? Do they have any side effects? Any other information you think I should have would be great. I don't know if this matters, but I drink two to three cups of coffee per day and 1-2 sodas per week (with a straw).

I read an article on USNews which said Listerine whitening rinse won't work very well because 2 minutes of rinsing with a weak gel (only 2% hydrogen peroxide/whitening gel) wont' work at all. It'll take over 12 days to get a little whitening to your teeth. This is why Crest white strips wins hands down compared to the listerine whitening rinse.
Crest white strips comes in 6 versions:
1. Classic (6% hydrogen peroxide)
2. Professional (6.5% hydrogen peroxide)
3. Premium (10% hydrogen peroxide)
4. Premium Plus (10% hydrogen peroxide)
5. Supreme (14% hydrogen peroxide)
6. Renewal (9.5% hydrogen peroxide)
Supreme is the best version of Crest white strips available, because it whitens teeth much faster than other versions. If you really want to get super white teeth...I recommend maxodent strips which have 14% hydrogen peroxide and is easier to use than Supreme. I hope this helps!

I have tried them both & the White Stips work the best. The only side effect is that if you do it for too long, your teeth will become really sensitive ( b/c you are stripping away at the enamel). If you really want to make sure you are not doing such, you can get/use the ACT Restoring rinse. It helps to keep your teeth strong while you are going through this process. ( I usually use the rinse right before bed, so it has all night to work on my teeth after I had whitened them)

I'd say The White strips I have heard so many Good Things About them..I would use the white strips and Then Everyday Use The Whitening Rinse..The Only side effect of the white strips are if you use them to Much Your teeth can Become sensitive Just dont use them more oftan Then It Tells You To..

I haven't tried it, but I think Crest White Strips would work the best, because you're actually putting the white strips ON your teeth all the way. That Listerine Whitening Rinse is just mouthwash, I don't think that it really whitens your teeth. so yeah in my opinion, I would go with Crest White strips - (they are kinda expensive though)

Crest white stripes to start side effect if you over do it your teeth my become real sensitive , also use crest pro health toothpaste and mouth wash and don't forget to floss Works for me or you can go to a dentist and have them whiten or bleach your teeth

I'm not a fan of the strips because things can go wrong. You can over bleach and you can really damage your gums. I love the rinse because it is fast and easy and I can do it everyday. Plus, I have really sensitive teeth and the rinse doesn't seem to make it worse.
