Where would they grow from...out of the table? hehe. Once a hair is removed it cannot re root somewhere else. It is however not hygienic to remove hair in a room where eating occurs. Stick to your bathroom or bedroom for any hair removal.

it is unhygienic because she is not plucking her eyebrow in the proper place, she could easy do it on her room with a good light or the ladies room, even on her back yard...but any hair to be able to grow needs a good and strong pilosebaceo follicle, no way that lost plucked hair without blood supply could regrow on someone else...hair transplant would not exist!!, it is really not that simple.

It is not true...your friend is sorta slow. Plucking your eyebrows helps the hair stop growing for a long time.

Yes it is unhygienic but no it cannot re root in someone else - if it could it would be a great answer to baldness!
