I think that moment happens to everyone although some may not admit it.
It's important to realize that the moment is fleeting. That given time, anything can be overcome and the hurt does go away.
It may not even have any affect on the person that has done the hurting--well, at least not for long. But it will affect your closest family and friends who will always wonder what they did wrong that they couldn't stop you or that they didn't realize how bad you were hurting.

hi, I certainly have the spectacular comparable feeling and im 13. i think terrible and it gets worse! my recommendations are attempt to entertain your self do something to get your concepts off it. SMILE smiling facilitates every person. BREATH huge breaths whilst thinking off undesirable memories! and CARE seem after human beings i admire commenting and helping human beings on yahoo ! wish this facilitates! i do no longer want you to kill your self! anybody counts!

Yes sometimes i feel like i want to kill myself because i did something wrong or if someones mad at me
