Almost all foods. Your body needs proteins, and they are build out of amino acids, so everything that contains proteins (that's all food which comes from animals, and some foods which come from plants, e.g. anything that contains beans) contains acids. Second, some vitamins are acids, like Vitamin C and some of the B group. So everything which contains these vitamins (most fruits/vegs) has acids too. Third, a fat molecule consists of fatty acids connected to a center molecule. Fat as such is no acid, but when it is digested, it gets split into the center molecule and the acid molecules, so whenever you eat something which contains fat, you get acid into your body.
The only food I can think of which has no acid whatsoever will consist of pure raffinated sugar or starch, maybe some water too. No vitamins, no essential amino acids, no lipids. Everybody who tries to eat like that will get very ill after a short time.

Citrus fruits (citric acid), vinegar (acetic acid), milk (lactic acid), and probably a whole load more - but acid in food is not necessarily bad and your stomach contains way a lot more acid than your food does.

Obviously citrus fruits but surprisingly bananas and kiwi fruits are two of the highest offenders - considering how sweet they taste.
Perhaps you would do well to look on a website on acidic content of food. Type this in Jeeves or Google and see what you get.

Tomatoes, all citris fruits, vinegar. If you ever watched "Myth busters" salsa actually ate through the pipes of a jail cell faster then pure acid.
