You and your boyfriend are bowling with a group of friends. You both are mingling with friends so its not obvious that you are together. However in the next lane (from another group) a guy/stranger comes over to talk/flirt with you.

How would you want your boyfriend to react?

1) He should continue to talk with his own friends and let you meet new people.

2) He should come over next to you and hold you or make a comment like "hi honey".

3) He should come closer (but not next to you) and listen in on the conversation.

4) He should come over and tell the stranger you are his girlfriend.

Which would you want your boyfriend to do?

Also answer if you are shy or not. I think this makes a difference because outgoing girls enjoy meeting new people.

I think each answer describes totally different guys. I'd like to see what the majority of girls would like their boyfriend to be like.

Now would your answer change if this guy is normal looking, but creepy and you felt uncomfortable?

I prefer he trust me enough to let me handle it. If I need his help, he is close by and I'm sure he would here me call his name. Most of the time I will start talking and if it seems like they are interested in a date, I will either tell them I'm married, or I will start talking about my husband or family if they take the conversation that way (like if they ask why I'm there, I may say "Oh my husband and I wanted a night out with friends") that usually gives the guy the hint to go away or I'm not available.

If it's a really creepy guy, then yes, I would want my husband to rescue me. Maybe just come up beside me and listen in and I will introduce him to the guy. I don't really need him to speak for me unless the strange one is getting physical and in that case I give my man permission to kick his ***.

I would want my boyfriend to come over and hold my hand and listen in. I wouldn't want him to leave me alone when some stranger is flirting! I am somtimes shy and sometimes not. No I wouldn't care what the guy was like either way I'd want my boyfriend over there with me so the guy got the point and backed off.

He should come closer (but not next to you) and listen in on the conversation and if the guys are really doing a flirt with that girl then he should interupt it and take over the conversation saying that its better to leav now, after that he should advice the girl not to speak with strangers..this willl mak the girl to feel taht how much he cares on her

I would want my boyfriend to just come over and kiss me no matter if theres a guy trying to flirt with me or not , so our groups of friends wouldnt seem so separate. Thats just because when im in a relationship I want lots of attention. so to answer your question 2 sounds about right.

I would perfer 1 and 2 because that is what my boyfriend does if hes not already at my side when i meet someone new. I LOVE MEETING NEW PEOPLE AND HE DOES TOO. So we usually let the other talk to him/her then approach just to show that we are taken. That way you can meet someone without them walking away and your boyfriend wont get made about it.

Mine would leave me alone. He would know I can handle the situation. I have no problem saying I am with someone else. He can also read my facial expressions and can see if I am not comfortable. (eg. creeped out by the other person or something) If that would be the case he would walk over, not in a jealous fit or anything....just to make sure I was ok.

1. I would want my boyfriend to come over and let that boy know that he is with me. But if he doesn't do anything about it then he just doesn't care.
2. I want him to do that.
3. It is okay for him to listen but if it gets out of hand he should step up.
4.Yes

I would want my boyfriend to have these qualities: considerate, confident, loving, generous and more.

He would probably make me feel uncomfortable at first but he would grow on me.

Ok its not nice to have ur bf toooo far away from you. I think an occassional hi honey is alright but don't like make out with her in public (literally don't get to overwhelming) I mean if u luv the girl and she loves you it does not really matter...
