i am always occupied by thoughts such as "woulda, coulda, shoulda". How do I get over these thoughts? How do I stop missing people I dont even know. that's a bit strange to say the least. Like if I manage to occupy myself throughout the day and not think about such things, then I see these people/places in my dreams and I wake up feeling all mushy, crapy etc.
Why? why? why? these dreams must stop
