what is going on ? because when i do push ups the muscle on my back of my arm will be paining......................

As with any exercise, if it causes you pain (as opposed to an ache) you should stop and consult an expert before doing it again.

The muscle that you are refering to is your tricep, it is the opposing muscle to your bicep. when you straighten your arm that is the musle that you are useing the most. When you are doing pushups this is the muscle that you are useing the most when you are doing them. making this sore after a while but the pain will die down.

U just need to stretch more after or before ur workout. Also, u might wanna give more times for ur muscle to relax if u havent been doing that already.
