Yes ask her out. Be romantic to her. I think it will work out. Good luck. Tho I don't trust it on that hug matter.

Hey go for it, the worst she can say is no. But I have found that most girls that act this way do it for the attention, I wont go so far as to call her a whore, but some of them have some pretty loose morals. And how would you feel if you started date and she still gave all these other guys attention?

Depends on what type of kiss it was.....if she kissed you on the cheek or forhead, then no don't ask her out because she thinks of you as a brother. If she pecked you on the mouth, then yes she likes you and you should ask her out.
