YUP!!! I need 12 hours a night in order to function the next day. Bad thing is that I miss out on so much at night from watching TV to hanging out on week-ends.

ya i need at least 10hrs do i get it?? Umm NO. I have 2 kids so sleeping for 10hrs is not possible I work on-call shifts as well which also makes it difficult. I average 7 hrs a night.

really depends on your age also. As you get older, people seem to need less sleep for the most part.I am 33 and I only need 6 hours at most, but my husband who is 34 could probably sleep for 12 if I let him. mind you he works long hours. teenagers on the other hand need at least 12 hours.
