Be careful, and go with your gut feeling ... If you think something is wrong, don't be too inviting and make sure others know about the situation. However, just giving it up altogether might be a bit too much as he could be completely honest. Just be careful ...
Good luck though, and I hope everything will work out!

It is quite possible that he did have a different phone. Maybe the phone he normally uses doesn't work where he had to go. Try not to get too involved in this guy emotionally until you know him better. In the meantime take what he says to you at face value. Take your relationship with him alittle more casually. Guys don't like it when you get too clingy or nosey about their personal business, especially if you just started this relationship. It makes you look needy. Relax and take it one day at a time and you'll be fine. Be cautious...people aren't always what they seem to be.

It is difficult to understand your question actually. Yes, it is possible that he has two phones, but for all you know he could be seeing another girl in Holland, so the question about the phones doesn't really matter. Right?
Learn to trust him unless there is real evidence otherwise.

you just met him. this means two things: either you trust him and be open, or you don't and don't see him again. it's really early to make decisions of a person (you wouldn't want someone to judge you from the beginning). the fact that you met him by net also doesn't provide information about him. you could have met him on a bar. it's the same thing. i think that you should give him a change. if he doesn't deserve it he will be the one to lose. either way you'll have a great time!

well first off I think if you sound this cagey about getting invovled now then I wouldnt bother! Ok so he could have left the phone here - but why would he have left it on for the few days? It sounds like your gut instinct made you ring it- like you subconciously had your doubts about it so Id let him off - plenty more decent men out there!

Bad idea from the start unless you just want sex with a stranger. Don't go there.
