Anyone know a site where I can find trails to run? All I can find are trails that go through the woods. An I don't know if I want to be running by myself in the woods. Thanks for any info.

This site has lots of great trails organized by state. If yo uare worried about security, you shoudlalways try to run with a buddy or find a club in your area to promote peopel running otgether. If ther e are no such clubs in yoru area, get on meetup.com or somewhere and start one!

Many parks have trails. Of course this could be just as unsafe as running in a wooded area alone but at least there might be some sort of security in the area.
