I have a couple of football videos I wanna add little things into like to circle a player etc, is it possible to do that or is some special software needed?

Windows Movie Maker can handle basic video editing. I don't know how to use it to put a circle around a player though. It's in the accessories folder, I'm not sure if it's only in Windows XP or not. Be sure to read one by one the programs in accessories, you might miss it.

You need video editing software and at least a gig of RAM. Theres Adobe Premier Elements, which is the home version of their video editing software, its about £80 from Amazon.
But theres also supposed to be a really good free one, I don't know what its called. Try snapfiles.com and sourceforge.net. for legal freeware.
