Chances are if you go at the end of the year, avoiding the peak holiday season of August, then there won't be a problem with drunks. I've even been to Tenerife in November and there were no drunks. They go in August to get a panic tan while they enjoy their drinking binges.
Out of season, Majorca is beautiful, paticularly Palma.
The carribean would also be a good bet after November (June - November is hurricane season). Cuba is reasonably priced and all carribean islands have beautiful beaches. Not sure what your definition of too hot is, but the carribean is just perfect for me.

it really all starts at how much you can afford. for a beach and no drunks i would go to Cuba the ca yo coco islands there you can relax all you want i stayed at the playa coco and i think the next hotel was 12 miles away the beaches are beautiful and its all inclusive so you do not need spending money as there are no shops so unless you want to go on trips then once you have paid for your holiday then that it. congratulations on the weight loss.

Omaha and Utah beaches in France are quiet and beautiful. The small towns in the area cater to tourist more that you would think and the people are some of the friendliest. And it is not expensive at all.

Try cruising or head to the Caribbean. You'll all need passports though. On this site: iBtraveling.com, where I usually find a great deal, I noticed the other day that there was a site that had passports and great travel deals. Sorry, I forget the site that had this, but just look around iBtraveling.com and you'll find something.
