Holy Quran does not distinguish between man and woman while discussing about creation. There are verses that say We (Allah) created human being (both man and woman) ...
Also in Holy Quran it is clearly stated that Devil has no authority over anyone except luring towards sin let alone creating any thing. Also only those may become so called 'devil's advocate' who consider him to be their master or 'wali', yet they will get nothing but deceit in return.
These matters have been discussed in Holy Quran in detail and are very interesting and enlightening. Though, it is very difficult to appreciate the intricacies without having a thorough knowledge of the Arabic language. Good luck.

Of course not the Quran states that ALLAH is the only creator, he created the universe, created Adam and Eve
by the way the Quran state that the original sin was the fault of both Adam and Eve
