I have been living all over the place for the last 4-5 years. I am now 26 and still don't own a property. I never have any money but I do enjoy my life. I spend my winters in the mountains and my summers on the beach. I have just moved into a pretty grotty house and am starting to wonder what on earth I'm doing. SHould I settle down a bit?

I am 53. I dont own a house and never will. I do have a regular job, but my husband does contract work and only works maybe a week and a half on average a month. We spend almost all of our money traveling when we can. I am a travel agent and my pay check sucks, but I get 6 weeks a year off for vacation, which is an incredible amount in the states. We spend most of our money on traveling. In the past 3 years I have gone to the UK three times, Mexico twice, South America 3 time and just got back from Paris.

The way I look at it, I might get hit by a bus tomorrow. When I get old (53 is NOT old) I want to have a lot of good memories. I dont regret a thing. It sounds to me like you have a wonderful life right now. If you feel like you want to settle down, then do it, but if what you are doing is satisfying, go for it!
