If you are in Manila, Philippines, try the Opal 1-Minute Hot Oil Treatment conditioner. It's available at Watsons Drugstore at PhP 99 per 20 sachets (10 mL each). It's a great alternative to Lóreal Intense Repair Mask.

Get a conditioning treatment and then be very gentle with your hair, don't use hot tools or hot blow drying and try to comb instead of brush. Hair is not living so once it is damaged like that the only thing you can do is keep on being careful with it until the damaged sections grow out.

use a nickel sized amount of conditioner on your hair as a leave in conditioner.
