well if it has spread it can go from the throat to voice box ,eso,tonsils,tongue,floor of mouth,jaw bone,lympnodes,can go further than that it depends on the stage and how soom it was caught

my late brother had this,it was a sore throat for two years,the doctors kept giving him different antibiotics,then they sent him to have his tonsils out,TOO LATE,they found it was cancer spread from his voice box everywhere he had all the surgery voice box taken out ect ect but it then spread to the lungs thats then wen he died
