I know exactly what you mean. I've had tonsil problems since I was 5. Infact they're hurting so bad right now.
Just get them out! the surgery takes less than 30 minutes...
I need to get mine out as well.

Tonsils are part of the body's immune system because they filter germs that attempt to invade the body, and they help to develop antibodies to germs.

This happens primarily during the first few years of life, becoming less important as we get older.

Sometimes they do make us very miserable. :)
