Yoga and pilates for starters.
The frame you have cannot be influenced that much. You either have breeder hips or you don't.
If you are petite - typically under 5'3" - you could get involved in any number of activities that might make a difference. Ever noticed how gymnasts and swimmers have a Y shape? Broader on the top than on the bottom? You may want to look into that.

Vary the exercises, along with weights will help, YET, it really
does start with how you are built, and if the size of hips run in your family.
It has alot to do with your stature, yet, always tone and firm and exercise and of course eat well balanced healthy foods.

I think by exercising on a daily basis, with different routines. perhaps Monday jogging, Tuesday badminton, Wednesday etc etc
