I am searching a job at present. so Is it okay if I file for my wife's immigration and then later I can give my job letter?

Yes, of course you can petition for your wife, and there will be no need to re-file when you get a job. The previous answer is wrong.

When the time comes for her to apply for her visa, she will need an I-864 Affidavit of Support from you, whether you are working or not. If your income is not sufficient to support yourself and your dependent(s) at 125% of the poverty minimum for your area, you can ask another US citizen or LPR to file an I-864 for her as a joint sponsor.

No. You have to provide an evidence that you are able to sponsor your spouse in the US.

You can file for petition right after you get a job. You may start now and hand the letter later, but they might want you to start all over again once the paperwork is completed.

I don't think so, cause you have to show financial security to apply for this person, the goverment may think that she's going to be applying soon for any goverment programs, so you need to get a job, unless is health problems related to you.
