Eat smaller portions and exercise more.

There's no need to follow a 'diet' such as WeightWatcher or Slimming World.

If you lead a healthier lifestyle (eating smaller and excerising more) then the weight loss with automatically come with it.

You'll find the results are more impressive by inches lost, so measure yourself before you start, and every month. The weight will come off, but if you're having a 'down' moment (and everyone does when they're trying to lose the pounds) then measure yourself and see the proof for yourself that it's working.
.

N.B. Fad diets like SlimFast might work in the shortterm, but don't rely on this to stay slim. As soon as you start eating 'normal' food again you'll put the weight back on BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T CHANGED YOUR EATING HABITS. You can't live forever on slimfast meals. You have to change the way you eat and stick to it for life. Fads do not work

No matter what you do...the only sure fast way of losing weight is to use or burn more calories than you take in.

So if you're pretty inactive...exercise more
and if your already pretty active then it's probably a good idea to look at what you eat and how much you eat and start cutting back.

forget those faddy diets that leave you feeling hungry and irritable.....more greens...proteins and cut back on carbohydrates like breads and pasta and with a fat burning exercise regime you will begin to lose weight and you'll be able to keep it off as you haven't drastically changed your diet.

The first thing to do is to start feeling good about yourself throw away all the clothes that are too big coz when you try them on you will think you have lost weight already but you havent.
go to the gym with a friend so you dont feel silly on your own and he or she can keep you motivated at the same time.
go shopping on a FULL stomach so you dont buy any munchies
and buy fresh fruit and veg.
If you fancy a nibble get a carrot.

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/5qP4E

Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.

Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.

Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.

you need to do 90 minutes of exercise per day - so 3 half hour walks would be good. get a pedometer so you know how far you've walked. If you get sugar cravings have a drink of water before you give in to sugar
