I want to get fit, and healthier. preferrably as quick as possible (not talking about crash diets, or freaky excersicing) cuz I might be getting married pretty soon.

does anyone know any good work out sites that are free that would give me some good advice, and plans??

or, if anyone has some excersices that have worked for them??

oh, and I don't have acess to any equipment or anything, and I can't afford a gym, or personal trainor

Jogging in park in the morning and then make a few exercise, swimming is a good way to get down a few kilos!!!!

jog! no one likes it because the wheather and it just sucks sometimes but it works. you must do cardio! anything that pumps your heart at a fast rate (basketball, any running sport)

exercises are simple. just make sure you stretech before everything especially before activities. stretching is good for your muscles to feel relaxed and comfortable. when people arne't fit, their muscles are weak and lazy. so stretching will help.

just do normal sits up/ pushups/ dips

another thing that works in the leg lift. lie on your side and lift your leg up until you cant anymore. do as much as you can. it gets painful. goodluck!

these work for me. some things i do when i am on vacation and have no access to the gym!
