The diet of myself and all the chosen people included chickens, geese, goats and sheeps in our regular diet. God planned it this way. Skinning is generally necessary to prepare the animal for consumption. You are well intentioned but factually offbase on this one. It should take you only brief research to discover the detailed facts. Fish come to mind. Do not you have to clean the fish before consuming an animal that is very symbol for early Christians. Everything has to eat whether the selected food be from the plant or animal kingdom. It is natural. What and when is a philosophical issue that some will continiue to argue until synthesized pellets are prefered as out pets "choose" to eat. You feel the the way you do NOT because of facts. Not because of logic. So, think why do you feel the way you do. Otherwise keep your private conclusion within your own circle or cult. God bless you.

Well, actually, they aren't alive when they're skinned. In most of the world anyway, the animals are killed in a humane and painless manner before being skinned. Before you start condemning people for what comes natural, perhaps you should do some research on the subject.
Humans have evolved to have meat as part of their diet. It's natural. Thats why we have canines.

I would be very much surprised if this were actually the case that the FDA allowed animals to be skinned alive. You should post some source for a wild charge like this.

No, I would not like to be skinned alive. On the other hand, I think you are misinformed. Animals are killed first, and then skinned or whatever.
I think it is wrong to inflict pain on a sentient animal, but I don't think it is wrong to kill an animal. It's happening in nature every second. Therefore I think it is ok to eat meat. And karma is a fiction, sorry.

This question doesn't belong in this section. I thought it was going to be some fundie question that was going to tell me I was to face a similar fate if I didn't accept the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal saviour. Damn, now that would of been fun to answer!
