Which one cause iam 5'1 and i weigh 97 pounds and im 17 years old ive always eaten 2 or 3 mini meals a day and always workout and eat healthy! I want to lose some more weight so whats the proper way to eat meals?

97 lbs is actually right where you want to be. But if you feel that you must lose weight, eating 6 small meals a day is the best way to accomplish this. Don't listen to the person who said it's a stupid question!!

5'1 97 lbs is actually good.

don't lose anymore weight. maybe a few pounds but between 95-105 lbs is good.

for your meals, just replace a full meal with a mini meal.

everytime you snack just eat something similar. goodluck!

Today someone told me in the dinner you should eat every 2 hours and a half, so thats mean around 6 times, he said is working for him, he has a month like that. Believe me or not he has set his alarm to remind him he has to eat. I couldnt believe either but he showed me.

u want to eat every 3 to 4 hours. that way you keep ur metabolism up and loose. i think u are perfect the way u are though, i wish i weighed what u do, but then i wont look right being that i am 5'10" (lol).

I have been trained in the army for two years and a good diet does help maintain the body fitness.

I honestly wouldn't lose any more weight... You could end up making yourself quite sick or throw yourself into an eating disorder.
