Don't smoke (help to prevent cancerous growths in the mouth, throat or lungs).

Don't eat too many pickled foods (help to prevent cancerous growths in the stomach).

Eat lots of fiber (help prevent cancerous growths in the colon).

Don't let your skin get sunburnt to prevent skin cancer. (A little sun is healthy)

Take care of yourself. Eat healthy foods in their most raw state as possible. (You don't have to eat your veggies completely raw, but don't eat them overcooked or at very high temperatures either--you know quick cooking, like stir-fry). Avoid foods that are highly processed, have artificial colors flavors or preservatives.

Exercise.

Relax and avoid stress as much as possible, or find ways to counterbalance the stress.

Get enough sleep.

Find someone to love you and care for you.

The rest is probably beyond your control.

Can you live like this? Probably very difficult, but it's a goal to try for.

Diet and Exercise

Poor diets and sedentary lifestyles are among the most important contributors to cancer risk. Eat five or more servings of fruits and/or vegetables everyday. Be sure to eat the recommended amount of daily fiber and drink plenty of water.

Regular Medical Checkups - Ask your doctor how to screen for growths. Early detection is key and could save your life!

Sunscreen - everytime you go outside!

Avoid Tobacco and Alcohol - NEVER smoke!

Food supplements replace things we are supposed to have in our bodies, but have been depleted from the soil our food is grown in.


ANTIOXIDANTS--Vitamin C and E, silenium, germanium, many others.

ENZYMES--pancreatic, CoQ-10, and papaya--are necessary in many cases, until the body starts working right.

MINERALS--magnesium, chromium, selenium, potassium iodide, zinc and germanium.


DETOXIFICATION--the bowels and bladder MUST be working properly to heal! Appropriate colon/parasite cleanses are absolute musts, and systemic candidiasis cleanse if necessary.

DENTAL METAL--Nickel, mercury, lead and cadmium turn off the immune system and cause cancer. They are used extensively in dental work. Many alternative healers won't work with a patient till these metals are removed from the mouth. This is so significant that many people heal by doing this and nothing else. EDTA, zeolites, bentonite clay or garlic, can temporarily help with heavy metals, but as soon as you stop, they start building up again.

DIET--'pulse', as the Bible calls it--veggies and beans, the fruit of the earth--and whole grains. Cut out soda, sugar, trans fats and fast food; address your sodium/potassium balance (very low sodium during healing); and adjust your pH as necessary.

HERBS AND SPICES--burdock, garlic, ginger, cayenne, chaparral, licorice root, sheep sorrell, cat's claw, cleavers, red clover, pau d'arco, stillingia root, barberry, poke root, prickly ash bark, buckthorne bark, turmeric, and others. Highly recommend a good herbalist.

PURE WATER--at least charcoal filtered, best if steam distilled; tap water and some bottled waters contain things that turn off the body's ability to heal.

STRESS--lower it. Also, do any necessary grieving for losses in your life, and heal emotionally. Constant negative emotions depress the immune system.

EXERCISE (and oxygen)--absolutely indispensible--you will not get well just sitting around. Period. No exceptions. Get on your feet and get active, and get the lymph system working and get oxygen to the tissues--or die.

There's nothing you can really do to totally prevent cancer. You can only live a healthy life and hope for the best but there are no guarantees. It depends on genetics and environmental factors along with other influences.

My sister, who exercises, watches her diet, doesn't smoke or drink and lives a healthy life, developed breast cancer so there really is no way to predict who and when it will strike.

Some studies suggest that antioxidants can protect from cancers but few contradict it. so the best way is to adopt healthy life style for example smoking not only causes lung cancer but also cancers of many other organs. alcohol is also labeled as cancer producing substance. always include vegetables and fruits in your diet.

Gosh!! you have to do almost everything to avoid getting cancer. Briefly they are 1) don't smoke 2) eat lots of vegetables and fruits, 3) avoid babequed meat, 4) avoid fried rice, 5) avoid direct sunlight, 6) avoid unatural sex, 7) drink lots of fluid, 8) don't inhale smoke or haze for extended periods.

By living a stress free life. People who do not let things bother them, let their prolems go instead of keeping them bottled up inside and building resentments. It is a proven fact that most deasises are a direct result of stress and pent up feelings. Also eating healthy (lots of green veggies) and exercise not only are heathy, but also help relieve stress as well.
