Hey, take it from someone who has done just that...simple changes will make a lifetime of difference. Here are a few that will cause an almost immediate effect, choose the ones you want to that impact your lifestyle the least. Get a little more excercise..walk upstairs instead of taking the elevator, park farther away from the building and walk a little further, walk down to the store on the corner instead of driving..Substitute flavored water I.E.: Propel, Fruit 2 O, Dasarni Flavored for soda. You get flavor AND water, but basically no calories..Switch your bread to LITE (Sara Lee, Wonder..etc)a regular slice of bread is 80-90 calories and the Lite is 40 -45...HALF! Low fat mayo, butter and skim milk or 2%. Borden's makes a GREAT cheese slice, 30 calories for American or chedder slices instead of the 80 or 90 from regular slices. Eat fruit instead of sugary stuff like cake or candy, although there are a lot of low cal candies out now. Asked for grilled instead of fried whenever you can.. A grilled chicken salad with the lo fat dressing from Mickey D's is 220 calories, but the quarter pounder with fries is around 1000. Their small little regular cheeseburger is 200. I know this all sounds like a lot, but it really is easy to just substitute these items in place of what you are already eating and just make them a regular thing in your diet. You'll be surprised what incorporating just these few changes will do and rather quickly. You can still eat the things you want and are eating now, just make a few small changes and you will see the diference.

everyone says to exercise and do cardio. because it works.
so what you mean by fast is probably a week. every morning just go for a jog. and after, drink water (no gatorade, powerade, coffee)
and for exercises, stretch a lot and do jumping jacks/jump ropes. a good amount is 100. situps are very effective too. start at 50-100 depending on when the last time you have done them. pushups are good for your chest, arms, and shoulders. that will help a lot. for your legs, just run/jog and make sure your heart is pumping.
but realistically, there is no other way to lose weight fast other than lipo, which is expensive and leaves marks.

Substitute all soda and carbonated beverages w/ water... also that whole 24ounces of milk in 24 hours really does work.... Try it. let me know how it works for you.
