Contrary to political correctness, water vapor is the most powerful greenhouse gas by far. Not much we can do to keep the dreaded di-hydrogen oxide pollutant out of our air. The next strongest greenhouse gases are methane and THEN, the PC carbon dioxide.

A mechanism suggested for tackling climate change and warming has been the idea of using “Carbon Sinks” to soak up carbon dioxide. To aid in this, reforestation, or planting of new forests, have been suggested. This is a popular strategy for the logging industry and nations with large forests interests. While there may be some potential in this solution, it cannot be effective on its own. This is because it legitimizes continued destruction of old-growth and pristine forests which are rich ecosystems and have an established biodiversity base (albeit shrinking now) that naturally maintain the environment (at no cost!). Creating new forest areas would require the creation of entire ecosystems. It is also criticized for being a quick fix that does not tackle the root causes effectively and does not lead to, or promote actual emissions reduction.

Methane and Carbon Dioxide are the main cause of global warming, but except these gases some oxides of Sulfur and Nitrogen also cause the global warming.

Methane, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc., cause depletion of the Ozone Layer in the upper layers of the atmosphere. Such depleted "holes/zones," allow harmful radiation from the sun and space to reach the Earth's surface and cause Global Warming after getting trapped in the lower levels of the atmosphere, very near to the ground - even touching it, copiously enough...

The global warming is not only the result of gaz emissions.
The over pumping of water and the building of waterprof surface together with deforestation and drainage diminuish the refilling of water reserves of underground water.
The result is the drying of land wich give increseasing of temperature of the ground and then the air. But also it diminush the vegétation and then the recycling of co2

Leading French Scientist Recants Stance on Global Warming
Science – His article cited evidence that Antarctica is gaining ice and that Kilimanjaro's retreating snow caps, among other global-warming concerns, come from natural causes. "The cause of this climate change is unknown," he states matter of factly. There is no basis for saying, as most do, that the "science is settled."

carbon dioxide,

and yes,

your momma

Really more like your car.

buy a hybrid. its tax deductible, I seem to remember around 2 grand

Oh and your lightbulbs and your ac (they more than likely cause lots of coal to be burned)

if you have a house. please for me and my kids, and yours, install a solar panel array on your roof to power your house

Its a wonderful question, but you should really look at what YOU and WE can do to control to reduce the emissions of "the greenhouse gases"

OMG
