Drink Warm Water b4 every meal... and nothing goes into yr mouth after 5 pm.... and practice...

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Hi ,,there is no better way to lose weight fast,,,you need patience and consistency,,,,,you should stop taking alchohol and other fatty food....please go through and foolow instructions given in this website....www.sparkpeople.com.....The best health website i have seen so far.....

Diet and exercise. Exercise for about one hour each hour each day, and eat healthy. Do different types of exercises, like pilates, and Teo Bo, and some walking, so your body doesn't adjust, that way it will keep losing fat.. I have a diet plan i use, and it works for me.

Cut out sugars and flour. So, basically you are only eating fruits, veggies and meats /alternatives. And excersise.
