By the way she acts. If she drinks alcohol, has a tattoo that doesn't symbolize something very personal, uses drugs, goes to clubs, etc, she most likely isn't a virgin.
Basically, if she is a "Good Girl," she should be a virgin. You could always ask her, but in a nice way. You could ask "Have you ever been with a man in bed?"
