I am trying to make a phone call to Tel Aviv, Israel. I have numbers but when I dial it doesn't work. Can someone help please?

011-972-3- (7 digit phone number). 011 means international, 972 is Israel's international phone code, 3 is the area code of Tel Aviv and then comes the 7 digit number you have.

Try dialing 0 - 11 - 3(area code for Tel Aviv) - phone number

If You Call to Sell Phone, They are no Area Code of Tel Aviv. Sell Phones in Israel have another code then area codes of cable phones. After 011-972 You can try one of this four cell phones codes - 52, 54, 50, 57

972 is Israel- 3 is Tel Aviv and then the number, have you tried it this way?

011-972-3 (for tel aviv) it probably doesn't dial because u dial 03 instead of just 3

call collect-that way you don't have to pay any $. However, look out if the person answering the phone is Jew, they probably won't want to spend $ either, so they won't accept your call.
